How to send a screen?
Many times you will be asked (in order to complete a task) to send us a "screen". When you will successfully pass registration website will introduce to you a task no. 1. An icon for a screenshot will appear. After choosing the screen you wish to show us just click "send".
Remember!
If you point and drag the screen to this specific place in the website don't forget to use "send" option! It is extremely important :D

How to make a screen?
Well... for many of you this question may seem to be easy, but!
Well-known screenshot/printscreen or simply screen is a "photo" of your computer desktop. If we ask you to deliver us a screen it means that we want you to show us the proof of accomplishing a specific task. Just start a game, finish the task and send us the screen :) That's that!
Ok, good, good, but HOW TO DO IT?
In your keyboard there is a "PrtScn" button. Just point it. Now your computer has made a photo of your desktop. You can now open a any graphic program or just "Paint". Use "Paste" option. Well done! Now the program should present you the screen! Please use option "save as" at (for example) your desktop. A new file will be created. This file is your proof of finishing the task! :D

My screenshot has been rejected ;(
You did not meet tasks expectations etc. etc. We will always inform you if there are any problems by email. Please always check SPAM folder in order to receive a proper message.
There are several different reasons for rejecting the screenshot:
- There is no visible login(name) of in games account
- There is no visible proof of finished task
- Incorrect login - During registration you will be asked to name your account. Remember! This login has to match the login which you have given in bananatic.com.
- The screenshot is simply incomprehensible, unclear etc. Please attach a new one.
The email is always delivered from our mail account bananatic.com.
Warning!
Screenshots cannot refer to active, private accounts. We accept only new registrations.

Tasks verification?
First registration is verified by game's producer. This verification is extremely demanded in order to start other tasks. Then you will be asked to accomplish different activities and present those with screenshots.
Remember! We verify all screenshots up to 24hrs.
Advertising tasks are being verified by our partners. This process can last even up to several days (depending on task).

I did not receive bananas... what should I do?
Wait!
We will verify the screenshot up to 24 hours. If its rejected you will receive a specific email. During this waiting period you may choose a different game from our offer.

Task has vanished! I cannot finish it :(
Unfortunately you did not finish it (attach the screen) in a specific amount of time. This task has been closed permanently.
Do not worry! We have a lot more games and other activities prepared for you! You will certainly find something that suits you best!

I have already registered in game! Can I use it in order to complete tasks?
Unfortunately it is not possible.
Bananatic.com is based on fresh, proper registration which is demanded by our technical infrastructure. If you wish to start doing tasks please register a new account. This is the only way to verify the tasks.

Advertising movies do not work! What to do?
Additional marketing content often demand a new browser to open etc. etc. First question is, do you use an adblock or other specific filters? They are mostly the reasons of blocking advertisements. Also please keep in mind keeping your drivers and software updated!

Despite registration I did not receive any bananas :(
There are several reasons this may happen:
You did not confirm your email during registration. You have played the game and producer saved your IP information. Cache or registry still preserved some data about your former game's history.
Please clean the cache and if possible delete the registry. You have to clean your activity history in order to finish registration. Also remember about the email! Some of the games send you additional info and demand link approval in order to accept a new account.

I did not receive any Bananas - advertising offers
Every advertising partner has created a special account of your activities. You may check there if the task is only "clicked" or "completed". If you have started a task and finished it please wait! It takes usually more than 24 hours to verify it.
If status is changed to "completed" and you have not received any bananas please contact us immediately.
If the status has not changed from "clicked" please contact our advertising partner. Unfortunately we cannot review our partner's panel in order to proceed with your issue.

I have attached wrong screenshot!!! How can I change it?
Unfortunately due to verification procedure we cannot exchange your screenshot.
Please wait until we reject it :) This is the only way to resend the proper one.
